Bible Study Tomorrow

Hello friends!

Just wanted to invite you all to tomorrow's Bible Study.  Our lovely Reija Matheson will be hosting at her house, at 205 Raleigh St.  We will be continuing our discussion of C. S. Lewis's Screwtape Letters, a series of letters written between two devils.  If you haven't read it, it is a really interesting book, as you look at the Christian life from a very different perspective.

Ok, here are the facts:
WHAT: Bible Study
WHERE: Reija's house, 205 Raleigh
WHEN: 7:00, Wednesday March 31st
WHAT TO BRING: Your copy of Screwtape if you have one or have borrowed one.

Hope to see you there!

Bible Study

Welcome back from break!  Hope it was relaxing for everyone and you are all refreshed.  Bible study this week is going to by at Mary's house at 128 Irvington Street at 7pm on Wednesday.  Robin has a few copies of Screwtape Letters which is the book we are going to be reading until the end of the year.  We are going to read a chapter at the beginning and then discuss that chapter.  Should be really good discussion topics.  If anyone has a copy of the book please bring it.  I look forward to seeing you all Wednesday night.

Christian Fellowship Potluck tonight!!!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to send one final reminder for tonight's Bible Study Potluck!  It will be at my (Robin's) house at 67 Southview Terrace at 6:30.  Take this opportunity to take a break from studying and celebrate the end of this week while fellowshiping with our brothers and sisters in Christ.  Grab a bag of chips or bring a couple of cans of green beans to warm up on the stove and join us for an hour of fun.

Enjoy your weekend and hope to see you tonight!

Potluck Friday!

Hey Everyone!
I know you already received an email about our Potluck this Friday, but I just wanted to remind you.  Also, I know we asked you to reply to all and let us know what you are bringing but unfortunately you cannot reply to all to a listserve.  You can either email one of the leaders with what you are brining or just bring something yummy to eat.  It doesn't really matter what people bring, if everyone brings desserts, we will be eating desserts for dinner....not the end of the world :)  Hope to see many of you there.  It is this Friday at 6:30 at Robin's house (67 Southview Terrace, off of Elmwood between South and Mt. Hope).  If you have any questions you can email or call any of the leaders.  My number (Mary) is 585-755-6000.  Looking forward to some fellowship and fun.

Bible Study Pot Luck changed to Friday

Hello everyone,
So the plan so far has been to have a pot luck this week in place of our normal bible study, however, the second years have a panel/dinner going on that night at 6 that pertains to information about third year that will be helpful to us. Most of us are going to be there. It totally slipped our minds. So, if it okay with you all, we would like to have it Friday night at 6:30 at Robin's  house ( 67 Southview Terrace, off of Elmwood between South and Mt. Hope). We hope that everyone can come out. You can stay as long as you want (aka you don't have to stay long if you don't want to).
Please let us know if this new time will conflict with any other plans. Also don't forget to email what food you will be bringing (it can be anything). Thank you so much.

PS I'm baking macroni and cheese.
